Namaste!
I am Dr. Rohit Upadhyay, a traditional ayurveda practitioner. I belong to the Vaidya Family. I have practised yoga and Ayurveda since childhood in my family. I completed my B.A.M.S. course at Harrawala Ayurveda University Uttarakhand.
I am an Ayurveda practitioner from a long line of Ayurvedic practitioners spanning several generations. I learned from many ayurveda practitioners, but I was most influenced by two gurus who steered my curiosity about Ayurveda in a new direction.
Thank You
Dr. Rohit Upadhyay (B.A.M.S.)

Ayurveda is the ancient science of balancing yourself and your lifestyle with your environment.
Daily life can be challenging, and we need practices that offer support so that we can live our lives to the fullest with abundant energy and enthusiasm. If you have difficulty sleeping, staying focused, or maintaining energy, it may be due to an imbalance in your diet or daily practices. It’s essential to review your daily routine, digestion, and personal habits to identify any changes that may be affecting you or could lead to more serious health concerns.
Through a thorough examination (including pulse, tongue, and health history questionnaire), we will determine your biological energy (also known as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and where any imbalance may have emerged. Once we have established the nature of the imbalance, we can then create simple and easy solutions that will be easy to implement yet make a tremendous impact on your future.

What Our Students Say
The course was very well structured and provided the information I needed most. I learned a lot of valuable things for my practice and also for teaching others. After this course, I feel more confident in my teaching, and my daily practice has dramatically improved. I developed more strength and more accuracy in my practice. The theoretical classes benefitted me. The teachers have excellent teaching skills and know how to make the information accessible and engaging. The asana classes gave me strength and also relaxation. The beautiful Ayurveda classes were a great source of inspiration for me. The meditation and pranayama class in the morning was the best way to start the day, followed by the intense asana class, after which I felt detoxified, purified and light.
I enjoyed my experience with AYM Ayurveda School on the TTC. I've grown mentally and physically, and this is down to the teacher's knowledge and passion, which are helping me to expand, develop, and unleash my inner teacher. Classes were made interesting in different locations, and we touched upon many variations of the Asana class. I enjoyed the difference between the two teachers; it made for a good balance in their feedback to us and a good balance of classes. I enjoyed the simplicity of the theoretical classes, always in an inspiring and fitting environment, with only a few notes and ourselves. Overall, the teachers inspired and lifted me and gave good feedback that will continue to help me in my practice.
Overall, the 200-hour teacher training with AYM Ayurveda School has been a fantastic experience; I thoroughly enjoyed the course structure and the beautiful location. The opportunity to start teaching from week one was beneficial and allowed us to see our improvements and what we need to work on over the following weeks. Rohit and Deepak are great tutors, providing the knowledge but making it an enjoyable experience and not overloading us with information all at once. I enjoyed the contrast between their teaching methods, and it was a good opportunity to observe their different styles and personalities.
