What is this program all about?
We offer you this program to take your yoga practice a step beyond the physical exercise. We have a team of yoga practitioners who are highly experienced in the classical traditions of yoga. They will take you through the journey of yoga and meditation in order to discover the actual potential of your body and mind.
Both the theoretical and practical lessons will guide you through the basic concepts of breathing and its effect on the body, and help you understand how to tap into prana (universal energy) through stretching exercises, asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Though, we are offering Ayurveda courses separately for Beginner, Intermediate and advanced level students but Ayurveda course of 35 hours is combined with yoga teacher training program; if you interested in Yoga TTC plan.
